Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and free-trial requests: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in our contact form (for example your goals, experience level, or schedule).
• Emails and messages: what you send us by email or Instagram direct message.
• Memberships, bookings and payments: when you sign up, book a class, or buy a membership through our booking provider (Zen Planner), you give that provider details such as your name, contact details, date of birth, emergency contact, waiver signature and payment card information. We can see your account and booking details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Health and fitness details you choose to share: such as injuries or medical conditions a coach should know about. We use this only to coach you safely.

Information collected automatically

• Server and security logs: our hosting providers process your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Web fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when the fonts load. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
• Cookies and similar storage: see our Cookie Policy.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or ad networks on this website, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use information

• To reply to your questions and set up your free trial or first class.
• To run your membership: scheduling, check-ins, billing, waivers and account support.
• To coach you safely and adapt training to any limitations you tell us about.
• To send you service messages about classes, schedule changes and your account.
• To send you news or offers, only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep the website and our studio secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Where privacy laws require a legal basis (such as the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the studio, your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), and compliance with law.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, a coach may call or text you about your request or your membership. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to stop texts at any time. We will not send you marketing texts unless you have agreed to receive them, and agreeing is never a condition of buying anything from us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio, under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Zen Planner for sign-ups, class booking, memberships, waivers and payments.
• Google for our contact form (Google Forms), email (Gmail) and web fonts.
• Website hosting and content-delivery providers that serve this site.
• Payment processors used by our booking provider to process card payments.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety of our members, staff or the public, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

How long we keep information

We keep contact requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and membership and billing records for as long as you are a member and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, legal and safety-record purposes. Then we delete or anonymize them.

How we protect information

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to staff who need it, and security protections on this website. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been misused.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, and regardless of whether the law requires it, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or billing reasons.
• Stop sending you marketing emails or texts.
• Withdraw any consent you have given, including cookie consent.

To make a request, email rawprfminfo@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will reply within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any such selling or sharing.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also object to or restrict certain processing, ask for data portability, and complain to your local data protection authority. Our service providers may process information in the United States.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. Youth athletes may train with us only with a parent or guardian's consent, and the parent or guardian provides the athlete's information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above, and for material changes we will post a notice on this website.
